At this time Eleven Intuitions, LLC does not offer refunds.

No-Show Policy / Late Arrival Policy:
• After two (2) no-shows, membership can be canceled without refund.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiting the session without the opportunity to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy:
• We ask that you reschedule or cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being marked as a no-show.

Membership Guidelines:
• Completion of a survey after each session is required as part of the membership.
• If any issues or concerns arise, members are encouraged to contact Eleven Intuitions, LLC for assistance.
• Members are limited to one session per sitter per month.

Liability Agreement:
• By purchasing a membership, you agree that Eleven Intuitions, LLC is not responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided during sessions.

Non-Transferable Membership:
• Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them.
• Memberships are billed as monthly recurring payments. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their payment information is up to date and to cancel their membership if they choose to discontinue.

Clients are always free to make their own choices, regardless of the information presented. Eleven Intuitions, LLC and all affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any actions or inactions taken by the client based on the session's content.
